I work at a mall in Kendall off US 1 and the security, maintenance, management and housekeeping offices are not functioning properly. Often they subvert each other, intentionally and unintentionally. One enjoys riding around on a golf cart finding work for others to do and has called people working to fill a task he could do.

The housekeeping department doesn't get requested supplies, but will receive products it has too much of. Our request are ignored, made light of and questioned like its invalid.

This is my 4th year and maybe the last.

I'm open.

Peace,

Tony

Hello friend! Reading through the post, it reminded me how important clear communication and department coordination are in any workplace. When teams aren’t aligned, even simple requests feel like obstacles. On a similar note, I’ve seen how companies can streamline support using specialized help channels. For example, https://conns.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html has tools that let customers track updates, request help, and view past service records all in one place. That kind of setup can really ease frustration—for both staff and customers.
