   I am not intending to offend, first you must have an English benchmark of at least 8 to start doing management work. I have 2 master's degrees and I naturally jump to bad english, whether written or spoken. I see you are an ESL so make sure that when you are writing your resume it actually reflects how you speak. You will have the Tagalog accent but when you speak with clear intentions and statements, it makes you more promising to the people in the interview.

   I do not know what a PI or OP. Canadian Language Benchmarks (1-10) CLBs testing is done by those of us who have at least a master's degree and can administer language testing to and when people from other countries want to work in Canada or try to get a work Visa (which eventually run out as Trump is seeing to it that immigrants do not over stay their welcome). In order to actually go to university in Canada from a country that is not English, you must prove you can read, write and speak at a certain level. WFH and other remote jobs where you do not speak with people or have very little contact, you can have at least a level 4. Being a lawyer, doctor, engineer, you must have a level 10.
