My coworkers and I were working out of town and when we work out of town we have to ride share . Anyhow the 2nd day of work one of our co-workers was late she was supposed to meet at the car at 3am. So at 3:18 we left for work. Halfway to work our lead calls us and tells us to turn around and go pick her up. Now on Friday the one car was out of gas(which I had gas $) so everyone rode to work with our lead. I get a knock on my room door, saying c'mon. We are leaving NOW! It is 2:50am and I said give me 2 minutes I am using the toilet I will be rt. Out. I ran out when I was done and they had left. But not only did they leave me they had the key to the other car. So I call them up and said I need the car key! And got told well that's not me. And the phone disconnected . So I ended up missing a days wages. This sort of thing happens a lot to me at this job. They go out of the way for someone else, but I am shit out of luck in the same type of situation. I don't know what to do?

on a different day a co-worker physically threatens me and throws a racial slur at me and I am the one who reported the situation yet I got given a. Ultimatum to deal with it or get sent back home. I love my job but the double standard crap is killing me.

It doesn't sound like you fit in. I would try and transfer to another team or find a new job.

A person being discriminated against is just not fitting in???? She should find a civil rights lawyer to at least consult about the racial slur issue. Something is not right.

That sounds like an incredibly frustrating situation, especially when you’re expected to be flexible for everyone else but don’t receive the same consideration in return. Being left without the car key and then losing a day’s wages would be upsetting on its own, but the situation becomes even more serious when you mention being physically threatened and subjected to a racial slur after reporting it. I think it would be important to keep a clear written record of each incident, including dates, witnesses, messages, and how management responded. Having everything documented can make it easier to explain the pattern if you decide to raise the issue again. I also came across platinumslots-de.de while browsing other online resources.

That sounds like a very frustrating experience, especially when your coworkers' lack of communication caused you to lose an entire day's wages. Fair treatment, teamwork, and clear communication are essential in every workplace. It's important to find healthy ways to unwind and enjoy some personal time after dealing with stressful situations.
