hey folks...

I have a question. i am working in a remote work environment. I am currently looking for best practices for tracking and enhancing productivity in a remote environment. If you are working in a remote work environment and can share some practices that your organization currently follows to ensure accountability and responsibility. Teams meeting once or twice a week is not a solution in this case, since teams are split across geographic regions. Happy to answer any additional any questions that you may have for understanding context better. Extremely grateful for any insights that you may have.

Scope of work will help dictate best practices. Example: If it's a team that relies on another TM to do something before they can do something, perhaps a Project Stand Up meeting for those. Hey Bob, where are we at with getting this done, deadline is lalala, or Bob, this was due yesterday and I need to do ABC, what is getting in the way with keeping this project on track with the excepted completion date. Also, tracking without micromanaging is key, unless there are accountabilities issues and performance is a concern. IMO
