    Hi Stacy! So glad that you're here as you kick off this next chapter. There are so many tips to share, but one overarching is that setting the right expectations for yourself in the search is so key to 1. being successful, and 2. not losing steam.

    In addition to that, I would also suggest spending a little time getting clear about what you are looking for in your next role, what skills you want to use, what types of companies you're most interested in working for AND of course thinking about what are necessities and non negotiables - things like salary, location/remote/hybrid, etc.
