After months of doubt, discouragement, growth, and refusing to give up on myself, I’m excited to finally share that I accepted a Practice Administrator position with Vituity.

There were moments during my journey where I questioned if I was being seen, if my hard work was enough, and if the next opportunity would ever come. I continued working full-time in healthcare while earning my degrees, pushing through difficult environments, rejection, exhaustion, and self-doubt — but I never stopped believing there was more for me.

What I’ve learned is that sometimes the delays are shaping you for the role that truly aligns with your purpose.

This opportunity means so much more than a title to me. It represents growth, leadership, resilience, healing, and stepping into the career I’ve worked so hard to build. I’m grateful for every lesson, every challenge, and every person who believed in me even when I was still becoming the person I am today.

To anyone currently feeling discouraged in their career journey: keep going. Keep applying. Keep learning. Keep developing yourself even when no one is clapping for you yet. Your opportunity can arrive at the moment you least expect it.

I’m excited for this next chapter, excited to learn, grow, and contribute, and most importantly, grateful for the journey that shaped me into the leader I am becoming. ?

I was really impressed by the job opportunities shared. Congratulations on your new employment as Practice Administrator with Vituity! I can identify with your journey of doubt and scratch games growth; I experienced a similar sense of worry when shifting to my current work last year.

Thank you for sharing this. I truly and firmly believe that someone (name unknown), who may not have had a reason to log onto this site, desperately needed to see your words of encouragement.
