    Quick ways don't always last.

    What is the current state of said relationship? What sort of personality styles? What have you done so far to try to improve?

    My director and I are working to improve relationships in our team (you would not believe the amount of cattiness that can occur on an HR team). It's a work in progress. It's an understanding of the different personality types and communication styles, breaking old habits, creating new, etc. Sometimes a neutral person is needed to mediate between the different sides to find common ground and ways to work together.
