Going back to work

I have been fighting disability for a couple of yrs know. I have a hearing coming up but cause of my divorce and lossing my house I have to get a job. I don’t think I will last. My claim will end and I will have to start all over again. For my kids and to afford an apartment. I have been out of work for 13 yrs. I have been looking for work for home jobs but I don’t know what is ligit. I don’t know what to do.

If you have a computer and an internet connection you can for at home for uhaul answering phone calls for things like flat tires on rentals. I have a friend who makes about $13 an hour doing it.

Look for organizations serving people with your type of disability or ask at your hearing for a referral to an organization that supports people like you to get back into the workforce. Usually such organizations offer both job readiness training and referrals to business partners who might be willing to hire you as a graduate of a specific economic empowerment program.
