Not everyone's first language is English. Especially under stress it can be difficult to communicate well. If you got the gist have empathy. If you didn't have grace and ask a question.

Yes it does. English isn’t the first language of me. Either them. Other two coworker’s filipino and one of a black and I am Japanese. One majesty parson of filipino does the re enforcement to other to bully or harassment to me.

Without knowing more specifics, I'd say look for another job. There are plenty of restaurants and food service outlets looking for workers. In the mean time, do your job and keep to yourself. Don't engage/argue with the other person and keep it professional.

If you'd like to provide more information, I've got some questions below you can answer that might help us give you more specific advice.

You'll need to be way more specific about what behavior this person does that you consider harassment or bullying. Do they deny you off time? Do they make you feel bad or make comments to you or your boss about taking off/being sick? Do they yell at you or reduce your hours when you take off? How is their behavior with you different than with the other workers?

Is the person bullying/harassing you a lead worker/supervisor? Or are they of equal status to you? How are you responding to their behavior? Do you yell/talk back/argue with them? Or do you try to ignore them?

What is your manager's response to your concerns? Do they not discipline the other person because you don't provide documentation of the issue (like texts, emails, recording interactions with her) so it's your word against theirs? Or do you feel your manager plays favorites? If you need documentation, copy emails or texts to your manager with your complaint. Record the other person interacting with you (if it's legal where you live) to show proof of the bullying. If you can prove harassment, the other worker should be disciplined. If they aren't (or you can't prove it) look for another job. Check your state's Employee Relations website to see what counts as harassment and what to do about it.

Thank you for your advice. I just quietly working and try to response professional. She talk everything all day during work none stopping. She does gossip or encouragement to others for bullying me. I cut out that she was talking with other coworkers about me like “ she spoused to on schedule but she didn't came work, that’s not fair! “ but other coworkers dose something as I do she wont feels bad others. If I do she always telling me “ did you telling manager to sand kitchen for other parson in the kitchen helper? I told her that is wording on it. She makes me feel intimidating. She ignores of me even I tried to talk to her as her non verbal language is aggressive to me. My manager told to me she need own her personal space.. Manager told me just response professionally. She dose cuss works a lot. Like F or Kiss my @ss

I am thinking you mean the CDC is the Center for Disease Control. Have you tried talking to Human Resources? That is usually one of the best ways to get help.

Thank you for your response. I never talk to HR. I have been documenting about her but I feel insecure. I’m working Child development Center at kitchen with other 3 coworker. If other coworker call out or some reason to clock out early as we all do but she doesn't say anything to them instead of me.She makes pressure and feels guilt of uncomfortable feelings on me. She just nagging because, she just doesn’t wont be deal with a lot of task if I out from work.
