In regard to the job: Enovis, Document Indexing Specialist.

I don't Like AI. I applied to this job back in December. I got an 'automated' rejection letter from WorkADay indicating that they are 'moving forward with other applicants'. Well, it's March 16, 2025 and the position is still Open. My skill set is a very good match to this opportunity, considering I also worked with another company very similar to Enovis. Either this position is filled and has not notified fairygodboss or they are ghosting candidates. Really, over Three Months! This is what I dislike about AI!

What does AI have to do with this? Did you not get an interview because your resume didn't include the keywords AI was told to look for by the hiring manager? AI is simply the tool used to make that person more efficient.
Not liking AI is like hating smartphones back in the day - you can hang on to your flip phone for a while, but it is definitely a red flag for employers who expect their teams to keep up with technology.

When I was displaced from my last job and I applied for my state's Unemployment Insurance I was informed that I needed to work with a state college student to update my resume to include the 'key' words AI searches for. If I did not, I would not receive my UI benefits. The sessions were fruitful and I completed all of them. Now AI and some software 'pull' a word from my job titles and don't take into account the whole title as if it were in "Quotes". I receive e-mail from agencies which do the same.
