    As a person in US healthcare ( hospitals ) be very careful where you take a job . Really look into their culture. Turn over etc. it’s harder if you’re needing an H1visa or for them to pay for one especially for management . They want you to understand the culture here and if your management doesn’t o be a yes man even with impossible situations and standards . US healthcare is so close to collapse it isn’t even funny.
