At my job, we do not have traditional yearly reviews and I am not sure how to ask my current boss for a raise.
My boss was a coworker promoted to a management position. I handle alot of small problems that might normally fall to the manager but going on about 2 years now, he's got more of a hold on the day to day management duties but i am still the go-to for alot of problem from coworkers as well as from our office. I do not mind this except that my pay, specifically my bonus, is based on my ability to complete my own paperwork within X amount of time. Not only that, it effects my pay for a full quater, that's three months. How do I approach this? and what do I do if they brush me off? I don't think my boss will push our GM for me to get a raise even if my boss agreed I deserve it.

Oh I hinted that I deserved more money to my ex boss and I got nothing. I’ve even had one of the business partners tease me and say I should be making more money . (Of course he’s not the partner that deals with the payroll) I had women that cleaned the toilets at work making more money then I was.
