Great effort pursuing your MBA! Use this time while studying to network. It is incredibly beneficial in helping you secure a job more quickly. Connect with professionals in your desired field, attend industry events, and engage with alumni from your MBA program. All provide valuable insights, job leads, and potential opportunities. Additionally, consider reaching out to career services at your school for support in your job search. Building a strong network and actively seeking out connections can help you uncover hidden job openings in your field.

It sound like you are a full time student. I would suggest getting with your career consolers for a summer intern position. You receive a salary, sometimes lodging or a stipend for it, possibly travel expenses, and most important is knowledge. What you learn at that job can go into your resume. If you are looking for something on weekends during school, you can see if there is a part time bookkeeping or other job that is related to the MBA degree.

See if you can find a job using your current skills to get your foot in the door. In my instance, I took a job as an Admin and this ended up working into a job as an Associate Financial Analyst. Also, posting your resume on the usual job boards may result in some offerings that would lead to a temporary or FTE position doing something that relates to your background. Of course, as others suggested, your university career center would also be a place to consider pursuing to leverage their connections.
