How to move on after a breakup?

I recently went through a break up with my ex. We were living together and had been dating for the past 4 years. It is really hard for me to move on. I don't really remember life without him. Does anyone have tips on how to move on?

I am very sorry for this loss. This counts as a loss and you need to be able to grieve it. Make sure everyday or so you find a positive that reinforces YOU as a person accomplished this! There is a book called “you can heal your life” by louise hays, Marvelous self help book! I found it after grieving over a lost husband. It took a long time to get my bearings after that. If anything honey, you are an individual w a great heart!

It'll get better overtime but stay busy by volunteering, working or hanging with family and friends!
