I have. We just don't have enough people to cover for extra time for learning. I wish we did. If there was a way, I would continue in a heartbeat. But when do you say enough is enough and it's time to change priorities??

Perhaps GirlAndy below has a good point. See if you can do it after hours and see if they'll support you in helping you financially. If they won't then it's really up to you if you want to better yourself with their help or not.
