For the past 10 years I worked for a Fortune 500 in the Mortgage Banking industry. When I resigned a few months ago I applied for all sorts of Product and Marketing jobs, I even had an opportunity with Amazon, but chose to take a chance on a much smaller knowledge management company called Enterprise Knowledge. I am SO happy that I did!
The culture at EK has been just phenomenal; the level of transparency and genuine interest from the CEO and COO is something that I have never experienced. The mantra at EK is that this is "our" company and I feel like this is so true.
