Hello Jenn: I would suggest getting with your school to get leads on employment opportunities early. Start networking with others in your industry to talk shop (do not ask for a job referral). If you seem competent, the people you meet will let others know. Make sure you LinkedIn profile is done well. Good luck in your future.

Build relationships with those in the healthcare industry that you must have met during your schooling. And use your school's resources for job opportunities.
