Ready for More, But Not Sure How to Get There

Ready for More, But Not Sure How to Get There
I know that in order to get something you’ve never had, you have to be willing to get out of your comfort zone.
So this is me doing that.
I’m a single parent balancing a lot: career, kids, and the daily grind of trying to build something more. I’ve worked hard to get where I am: I lead quality and operations initiatives, manage audit readiness, build out systems, and create structure where there was none. I’ve earned certifications, held leadership roles, founded a nonprofit, and serve on my city’s planning commission.
But lately, I feel like I’ve hit a wall.
I know I’m capable of more, I can see it.
But I also know I can’t do it alone anymore.
I’m craving mentorship, or even sponsorship, from someone who has navigated the pivot into aligned opportunities, career elevation, and sustainable success. Someone who’s been here balancing ambition with real life, and still choosing to bet on themselves.
I also know that investing in your future often requires money.
And while I’m willing I don’t currently have the funds to pay for coaching or career consulting.
Still, I’m showing up.
With intention. With self-awareness. With the hope that the right connection could make all the difference.
If you’ve walked this path or helped someone else rise through it, I’d love to connect.
Because I believe the right guidance can change everything. And I’m ready.
