Hello! I am looking for a new role in talent acquisition. I would prefer to lead a team but am also open to individual contributor roles.     Hi Antonia - I have over 10 years of experience on the RPO side and 4 years in-house TA. I have led teams and also been an individual contributor. Because of my experience in the RPO space, I have recruited for many different industries and have experience recruiting from entry level up to C-suite roles.
