YES 3. My first job back I worked for an alcoholic that was drunk by 1pm every day. My 2nd job had a bunch of B running people off because that's what they do. The turnover was terrible. Now on my 3rd job and dealing with a boss and supervisor that will end up costing this company a law suit! My only issue is not knowing how to deal with these awful people. I'm tired of having to find another job because the culture is bad everywhere!

I would figure out how to weed out these toxic companies so you aren't willingly accepting jobs that don't fit and target you as a target fir abuse. You need to figure this out or you'll never find a great environment to work in.

I agree and I'm working on it! In the past I have taken whatever job gets me out of the current situation. Thus ending up in the same boat. I've had 3 job offers in the last month and have turned them down because they didn't feel right. I'm taking my time and waiting for the one....hopefully ;)
