I've recently been displaced from my job; they’ve got rid of my position. When they told me, I was actually excited I felt like they gave me an opportunity to advance to something better management and HR was surprised of my reaction because I wasn’t the only one they let over 300 people go. Now I have a career coach who was hired by my last employer, and I feel so blessed and thankful because I know I’m about to land some better than I had before.
