Tired of the lack of care, communication and follow up after interviews. Five rounds and I've followed up throughout the process for over three months. After the final round, not even an acknowledgement or rejection via ATS or email.

I followed up with the HR three times checking in once a week for three weeks without a single response. I was so sure this was the one and even was told to expect an offer. While I need a job, I wouldn't work for this company after this treatment.

Why do people feel that they can treat people like this? Sorry for the rant but I am so hurt and while you're not 'owed' a job I'm more upset by the callous treatment of what otherwise I was told was a 'caring' company!
