Maybe? Will your benefits have kicked in at that point? What are they? And what are the job protections offered by your state?

Keep jn mind your new job will not be protected by FMLA if you have been at your workplace for yes than a year.

I completely get what you're saying! I had to deal with the same problem last year when I had to schedule surgery. It's hard to decide between staying in your current career, which is stable, and the uncertainty of rehabilitation. It's important to trust your gut and make scratch games sure that your future job is good for your health. You might even want to beg for flexibility when you talk about hiring. You can do this; put yourself and what feels right first!

It depends on your situation, but I'd also consider things like health insurance, medical leave, and recovery time before making the switch. Wishing you the best with your surgery and new opportunity. On a different note, hilangkan background have been really handy for quick image editing in my projects.

That's a tough one, weighing job stability against immediate health needs. I'd definitely look into the new company's short-term disability and medical leave policies before making any moves. Maybe you could even negotiate a later start date. It reminds me of the careful planning you need for perfect sundae stacking in Papa's Freezeria!
