I agree that consistency matters, but I’d also try not to make every application feel like a huge project. Tailoring the resume for the role is useful, but sometimes you can make a few targeted changes instead of rewriting everything from scratch. And if interviews are the main struggle, practicing out loud can really help with confidence and making your answers feel more natural.

This is a helpful reminder for anyone who is currently searching for a job. Consistently applying, tailoring each resume, and taking time to research the company can make the process more focused and manageable. I also like the emphasis on practicing interview answers, since becoming more comfortable with explaining your skills and experience usually takes time. Staying patient while continuing to improve is important, and a quick break with Search Game can be a fun way to relax between applications.

And network! Make sure that everyone in your personal network is aware as well. That’s how I got my current job

Good advice, Preeti, and I especially agree with Boby's point about not turning every application into a huge project. What has worked for people I know is to keep a simple rhythm: set aside a focused block a few days a week, make a few targeted changes to the resume for each role rather than rewriting it from scratch, and keep a short note on each company so the interview preparation is not starting from zero. Practicing answers out loud, as you suggest, really does help — it is one thing to think through an answer and another to hear yourself say it. And a gentle follow-up after an interview never hurts. It is easy to take silence personally, but a lot of it is simply timing on the employer's side.
