I interviewed with a recruiter sometime in May and think it went well. We had a few exchanges and things were good till she stopped communicating. A few weeks go by and job is reposted with a few new keywords. Even with these additions that were not mentioned in the initial screening, I am still interested. Should I reach back out to the recruiter and make my case? Reapply? I know job descriptions can change based on the company needs over time and the company appears to be scaling for the first time ever, so this doesn't surprise me. I'm leaning towards reapply, but need a 2nd opinion.

I meant to say that even with those additional keywords, I have the expertise the company lists!

I had to repost a job 3x because leadership didn’t narrow down what they were looking for initially. Share your interest and reach out. It’s either a yes or no. Get closure is my recommendation ☺️

I would move on to the next interview and if they reach out to you down the road, great.

I say that based on experience. I surmise that they are looking for someone else for whatever reason, and they chose to fine-tune the jd.
