You are being extremely vague, I'm afraid.

It depends.....but you don't want to share specifics.

Strange you set the post up to be vague. So based on that I would say there is nothing you can do.

Without much details in the original post - which is okay, sometimes it's difficult to articulate a challenge - I'll give some hints that helped me when I was younger and being treated unfairly in the workplace.

    - I tried to not take things personally (assuming that you are not being abused or assaulted). If someone decided that I was a "less-than", I choose to ignore their comments, and do my work.

--I tried to find a champion/mentor who supported me. Sometimes there was internal corporate politics or other issues happening around me that I was unaware of, and that mentor helped me how I could survive or forge a new path.

-- and If a particular situation was too much, I started looking for a new role.

I'm sorry you are feeling that you are being treated unfairly and I hope your situation improves.

This. Perfect. I did the same thing. For the first 15 years of my career, I was the youngest. I was the youngest developer, youngest manager, and then the youngest VP. Head down. Don't take things personally. Call out abuse when it becomes abusive. I left my first job after three years and spent 22 at the next one.

How do you know those are the reasons?
And are you receiving the behavioral issue wrong or maybe it’s being delivered unintentionally?

most women are treated unfairly and inappropriately at jobs if a majority of the work place is male employees. It’s just seems to be part of it. The inappropriate conversations I would here from my male co workers was just crazy. The language they would use alone would make me uncomfortable. That the difference between guy and girls unfortunately.
