I have been looking/applying and interviewing for 18 months.

I have been looking/applying and interviewing for 18 months. I had an interview about a month agoo and the person says I was a strong candidate, only to get a denial letter a day later. I was in shock! Oh well I said it wasn't mean to be, only to go online in 2 days and see what I assume is the same job posted but at a lower rank (can't think of the word to use) and pay. I applied again and got an interview 2 weeks ago and the person said I since it was the holiday I will know by last week. At this point I said forget because I don't think I have it. I guess I wouldn't be so disappointed if that person hadn't gotten me so excited that I was such a strong candidate. I am not going to email this person again. I think at this point I am not what they are looking for.

I would most definitely still follow up.

So wait, you interviewed, were declined, saw the posting, applied again and interviewed again? Just making sure I understand. I'm a former recruiter, always follow up with a thank you. Regardless if you want it or not, it's a professional courtesy and leaves a good impression. Follow up and if it's after the holidays you receive an offer, then that will be a great way to start off the new year.

Yes I interviewed got a denial and that person offered feedback and said i interviewed good. within 24 hours got a denial. A day after that they reposted and I applied again interviewed and now crickets. I already thanked the person from the first interview.

Unfortunately, this is happening a lot and I've had it twice occur during my current 8-month search. I had a strong interview and was told I was advancing only to receive a rejection email and the job range posted the next day with a 20K less salary.

I've heard that companies feel with all the applicants they can pay a lower salary. Decide if you really want the job as now that they dropped the salary, you may not even get the high-end of the range so it could be a significant difference or they aren't even hiring but are doing a precursory search for next year or to show how much that range would go for...

I need a job as well but be careful that this company isn't playing games and is actually hiring! Remember what you're worth versus can you find employment in the company and then move forward. Good luck!

Actually, this is very normal during interviews. Good luck with your next interviews. Occasionally, to relieve stress, try playing online games like space waves. It helps improve your concentration.

Has anyone else come across WinBaji casino apk while comparing gaming platforms? I spotted the name in a Bangladesh-focused discussion and decided to check what it was about. What interested me most was the combination of casino entertainment and sports-related features under one brand. I tend to notice little things, like whether menus are easy to follow and game details are clearly presented, and those are the first areas I explored. The promotional section also caught my eye, though I’d always read the full terms before considering an offer. WinBaji seems worth researching if you want to compare different entertainment options in one place. Just check local rules and payment conditions before signing up.
