Hi everyone??

Hi everyone??, I’ve been thinking a lot about career pacing. Sometimes it feels like everyone else is sprinting ahead while I’m walking. I remind myself that progress is still progress, no matter the speed. Just curious—how do you stay focused on your own growth without comparing yourself to others?

Remember that things people post on social media may be exaggerated if not total lies, and that every person does things according to their own pace. There are many people who have achieved something amazing as "late bloomers." Also focus on your own happiness; if you're making enough money to be comfortable and happy and you enjoy what you're doing, it really doesn't matter if someone you know has a more prestigious title or whatever it may be. In a world with many billions of people, it's pretty hard to be the "best," but this also means you're probably far from the "worst" as well. Just do the best you know how to do and strive to always keep learning.
