So tired of my boss.

So tried of my boss.

Why? His lewd comments. Saying things like "that's why she said", commenting on a pregnant women's weight, saying things like he got hired due to his you know what to his all female team. Then he gets on me for everything. I started applying to jobs even though I have only been there for a few months. Just thought I'd reach out and see if anyone else has faced this. And don't say "I need a sense of humor", this is my boss.

Everything you mentioned is sexual harassment. Go to HR.

    Hello.

First, I'm so very sorry you're having to face this.

There's nothing that you described any good workplace would find humorous. What he's doing can be considered bullying and harassment.

Things like this should be reported to your HR Dept. If you don't have such a thing, is there another trusted manager you could go to?

If your state has a Department of Human Rights, you can also reach out to them.

Know you have options and you don't - and shouldn't face this alone.

    All the best...

Have you complained to your HR Dept? If so, have they done anything about it?

If HR hasn’t done anything about this situation, have you thought of suing the company for gender discrimination? Have you been documenting what your boss has been saying to you? Going by what you’re saying here, you might want to speak to a lawyer because the kind of behavior he’s engaging here is literally harassment.

I can’t imagine you’re the only one offended by this. Go to HR. He’s creating a hostile work environment. Lodge a formal complaint which forces HR to investigate.

That is illegal conduct. Almost out of a harassment training video.

Your boss is really immature and childish. I would report him so fast to HR, he's making the work environment uncomfortable, and hostile. It's no need to talk to employees like that.

These are seriously inappropriate statements. Take it to your HR department immediately. Documentation and witness statements will be key. This guy is a major liability to the company and HR should address his behavior swiftly and with finality. If it’s relegated to the “he said, she said” bin, then file an EEOC complaint. This dolt will not have a job by the time that investigation is completed. From one who has lived through it.

I’d go straight to an attorney. HR is n’on on the employees side. They work for your boss. Keep that in mind. Always
