Hey guys, new here. I am currently working at a real estate consulting company in Dubai, just joined about 3 months before. The working atmosphere isn't great, the team isn't supportive and my desire to learn at the job is definitely being squashed. Money is good though, so should I stick with it before I get something else? I have always wanted to get into consulting and I know I'm lucky given my background isn't the most finance-focused.
