The term 'networking' is very antiquated. Now, in saying that I should have a new word, I get it, and don't. But it's that, not an intriguing thing to do presented in that light. hmmmm...

In person, because I feel like I can make more meaningful connections that way. However, I still make sure to take advantage of online events too, as you can span geographies this way.

I'm open to both! We're still living in unprecedented times, and in-person may not always be a viable option for everyone.

Online offers lots of flexibility to connect, even if you all live in different parts of the world.

I also respect that some folks just have preferences in how they'd like to connect. So, the best thing I can do is to remain open and adapt to what works for everyone. Practicing my networking skills on and offline is a skill that I'll always be open to fine-tuning.

I do believe deep connections can be made on or offline --- it's all in what you put into it.
