What should I do about coworkers hiding or standing around not doing their job?

This is a catering position and I getvstuck doing alot more due to others' lack of contribution. I mentioned it to the manager who suggested I take photos that are time and date stamped. That will only lead to me being alienated from the team. I don't want to leave the company as I like the people I serve and have a good relationship with them. Also I care about them and want to make sure they get fed

Monday, my computer access was shut off.
I knew what was happening but still had to wait to be “formally” told my company was restructuring again and I was going to be laid off. I had just gotten hired after being laid off from a 6 year positon at another company.
To make matters worse, I’m in the middle of a fertility cycle, playing catch up on bills from my husband and daughter’s surgery, my dad’s passing and my miscarriage.
I hit the ground running, revamped my resume, and started applying to every HR job where I met at least 50% of the qualifications. So far, nothing but rejections that I don’t meet all the qualifications. I know it’s a touchy market but due to health issues working on site full time isn’t something I can do nor can I relocate as we purchased a home two years ago and my husband works at a local company.
I’ve reached out to my network on LinkedIn but it seems they’ve gone radio silent.
I’m also trying to pivot into a data role within HR.
My husband’s manager got me a referral at a bank but due to an incident where I was retaliated against when I made an HR compliant, I’m deemed ineligible for rehire.
Any advice, suggestions, or companies I should take a closer look at?

I need some advice or guidance. I currently got my registration and completion of training certificates for a pharmacy technician. I am on the second pathway. Meaning I would 500 hours of work experience in order to take the exam to become certified. I applied to many jobs but I don't seem to meet the requirements. So, I'm not sure what to do. If anyone or any current pharmacy technician could give me some advice that would be gladly appreciated. Thank you.

Yesterday my employer informed me that my position is being moved to another state.
Since i said no to the relocation, i was told i have 3-4months to remain on board during the transition phase. They didnt offer details of my last date, severance package or anything else. I feel like im in limbo. They did confirm our office in nj will remain open yet im the only one losing her job. I plan on talking to an employment lawyer but was curious to get feedback from the fairygodboss community first. Thank you

I work for a heahealthcare system and my department staff spans several markets across 3 states.
Recruiting has been tough over the yast 2 yrs, but we have one market where we can't seem to get a single candidate for our open positions aandand it hasnhasnt improved. We dont have the same issue in other regions. I am struggling to get our HR partners to engage on this and either get creative on recruiting or troubleshoot with me. Suggestions on how to get their attention?

I am truly at a loss...
I up and moved my family (husband + dogs) halfway across the country for an amazing job opportunity. After about 3 months, things took a turn for the south. It has turned into an extremely toxic workplace where I have been screamed at and cussed at. When these incidents are reported to HR, they are merely disregarded and I was informed that the interaction was my fault. It has been almost a year now, and I am mentally, physically, and emotionally ruined.
I purchased a home in this new city, then the market continued to decline. I can't get rid of the home easily plus this new city isn't our vibe.
I'm actively searching for a new role, preferably remote, but am having an extremely difficult time getting considered for roles. I'm currently in the construction industry doing project management. I'm open to a variety of industries and roles, but would love to hear some feedback on how you stood out in today's job market.
