    If what you are writing here is a sample of how you communicate in person, you would benefit from some English language courses. The words are all English but they are not used correctly or in the correct order, so it appears that more than your accent may be holding you back.

    I am sure I would have the same challenge if I were working in a language that was not native for me. Getting practice with those who speak correct English is the key - Some adult schools have ESL (English as a Second Language) classes, and there are commercial companies such as Roseta Stone, for example, as well as many others that could help. It may be a good investment in your future if you want to advance in your job. Wishing you the very best in overcoming your challenges! I admire your ambition!
