My workplace has significantly changed their value system

I have been at this job for over 2 years and have seen a progressive downward trend in reliability; customers are cancelling service due to several issues, including price increases and added charges that are not expressed on their agreements. I’ve been thinking about quitting for several months and know that if I tell my manager about my concerns, he is likely to let me go. What are your thoughts?

If you need a job, start your search now - not a great idea...especially these days...to quit without having one lined up.

When you accept a new offer you should then give notice to your manager. simple. OR discuss what their thoughts are on drop of revenue and the whys and learn if there's a plan in place for improvement and growth, doing this through the lens of business will build both your acumen and your mindset on your company.

Your manager doesn’t give a shit about your concerns, either does your employer. Otherwise, they would be taking active steps to address the customer service and cancellations. As others have said, your only communication with your boss should be to give notice. Few of us are that special that an organization will reverse course to address concerns and keep us.

Try to keep your job while you search quietly for a new one.

I would not let your manager know. If i were you, update your resume and start job searching. When you get a new job, then give your 2 week notice.
