Hello everyone,

Hello everyone,

This isn’t an easy post for me to write, but I feel it’s time to reach out.

Recently, my husband lost his job, and it’s been an incredibly challenging season for us financially. I’m determined to stay strong for my family, but the truth is, things have been tough.

I’m actively looking for opportunities as a Virtual Assistant / Medical Virtual Assistant / Customer Support Professional. Over the past 5+ years, I’ve supported executives, startups, and small teams by handling:

  1. Client communication and scheduling
  2. Administrative and operational tasks
  3. Calendar management, invoicing, and customer service

I recently took some courses to be able to handle tasks like:

  1. EHR tools and Patient Scheduling.

If you know of any openings, can introduce me to a recruiter, or simply point me in the right direction, I would be deeply grateful. Every lead or word of support matters right now.

Thank you so much to everyone who takes a moment to read this. Your kindness and help during this time mean more than I can express.

Warmly,

Chinenyenwa

Do virtual assisting globally. That might end the work drought.

Hi Diane, I am the poster. I am open to do virtual assisting globally irrespective of the time zone. I have worked across different time zones. I live in Nigeria and used to work with a company in the US. If you have anyone who may need a virtual assistant or customer support person, I am willing to work.

Sunday newspaper in the wanted section, word-of-mouth friends family even present coworkers & previous coworkers (it does help), LinkedIn, even physically walking into a place of business and expressing your interest. A person must be aggressive and think outside the box, be willing to do things that others would not be willing to do, be open to do shift work outside of the traditional 8-5. Hope this might help.

    Thank you so much.

Perhaps a home health intake/scheduler position may be to your liking?

Yes please. If I can get a link to apply, I'd appreciate.

I am sorry to hear about your situation. Financial challenges can be incredibly stressful, especially when they affect an entire family. During difficult periods in my own professional journey, I learned how important reliable support can be. As a clinic owner, I have relied on helpware technical support to help manage patient communications efficiently, and their service has consistently exceeded expectations. Having dependable partners can make a meaningful difference when resources are limited and every decision matters.
