This community used to be one I browsed, but for the past month or so, it's been absolutely flooded with spam and highly risky links.

   Good to know but there are so many of them, on almost a daily basis, that it’s not practical. Something about the site is attracting more spam than users should be expected to monitor.

   I would love to have the time to report them all, moderator, but there are SO MANY. Really - I did it one day and it took 30 minutes.

   There's even one in the comments on this post!

   It's really not practical to ask us to flag them. There are days there are so many, we could spend hours.

   I hope you figure this out because as has been said, we've loved what was built but when it's no longer easy or safe to use, you're going to lose engagement.

   If I were to sit here and flag every spam post I see daily, I would get a repetitive motion injury to my clicker finger.

   I think they do. I used the three dots to report some of those posts about how to reach customer support for blah blah airline, etc. For a few days, it was better, but the spam is back. I feel the same way; I used to really appreciate this site as a place to give and receive sound advice, but now it's a few legitimate posts among the garbage.

   It's frustrating as it's one I used to tell participants of my job search workshop about but it's become quite spammy. The need for community is definitely needed though because the job search process can be a lonely one so hopefully they get it figured out. It did give me the push I needed to start my own community for my clients and YouTube viewers though!

   You can flag posts by clicking on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner, but I don't know how much that helps.

   seeing as they keep coming up - not much has been done as of yet. Today they asked a normal question and then replied with all the spam posts. they need to block those users,

    I keep flagging the posts and I just sent an email to info@fairygodboss.com in this regard. Please also try this - maybe if more than one of us do it we can get it back to what it used to be

    I tried that and ended up temporarily losing access entirely, then when I finally could log back on, I had lost all of my points from the "days before spam." I suppose it doesn't really matter because as far as I know, we can't redeem the points for anything, but it was a bit sad to see them vanish!

    I think this has been the case for the past several months. With all the people looking for jobs on here...a lot of IT people...I feel like someone could do a better job of getting rid of this constant stream of spam that happens every day. How it gets through in the first place is beyond me.

    I have been noticing the spam too; it's rather annoying. If you click on the 3 dots on the top right of the spam posts, you can "Flag" it. The post will disappear after you Flag it. If you want to report it directly to Fairygodboss, you can write to the Moderator at Moderator@TheMuse.com. The Moderator is very good at responding promptly.

    They are well aware and can't seem to stop it. If you want to spend the time, go to each spam post and click on 'flag"
