Hi everyone, I’m currently exploring new remote opportunities in Strategic Operations, Program Management, PMO/Governance, Operational Excellence, Process Transformation, and Business Operations roles.

Over the past several years, I’ve built a career out of walking into operational environments where the workflows are tangled, the reporting process is being held together with duct tape and determination, and the documentation may or may not exist in six different places at once.

Somehow, this is my favorite kind of work.

• AI-assisted workflow and documentation optimization

• Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI, and the general art of lovingly wrestling enterprise systems into submission

I’m especially passionate about building scalable systems that make work easier for the humans inside them -improving clarity, reducing friction, and helping teams spend less time fighting broken processes and more time doing meaningful work.

Also deeply experienced in translating “this process has always been broken” into “okay, but what if it wasn’t?”

    Several AI companies are hiring for strategic project managers. Check out job postings from tech/AI startups. They're much more likely to be ok with remote work as a selling point since they can't offer as much in the way of fringe benefits. You may have to do more leg work since a lot of startups are in "stealth" mode, but it's doable, especially with LLM tools nowadays. Hope that helps, and best of luck with your job search!

Target companies you actually want to work for and aim to get names and contact info of hiring managers there.
