Hello Shelby, It's refreshing to hear an employer say what you just said. When the will is there on the part of an employer to appropriately compensate via salary or other ways, there will definitely be better staff retention.

Thank you! I spent the majority of my career in staffing and the smartest (and least expensive) thing you can do in the long run is to retain a good employee. The reality is that one good, satisfied employee will do the work of three. You only have to pay their benefits once, so why shouldn't you compensate them more? It is good business. It costs to train and you can't put a price on experience.
