Kim originally joined PwC over 25 years ago as an assurance (audit) associate. After a transition into the Human Capital team, she served in many roles over the years ranging from recruiter to diversity leader to US Talent Strategy Leader. She is now the People Experience and Markets, Center of Expertise Leader. In this role, she is focused on improving the day-to-day People experience across the PwC US firm for its 50,000 partners and staff. As part of the People experience, she leads various firmwide initiatives in areas including flexibility, diversity and inclusion, and digital talent strategy. She also leads the firm’s Market People Leader team in their ongoing work as credentialed coaches and in support of PwC's wellbeing and digital upskilling strategies.
Kim graduated with Bachelor and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Oklahoma. She is a certified public accountant and is licensed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional.
When away from the office, Kim is "Mom" to her college sophomore daughter, Aliya, who is a budding movie critic and overall talented writer. They both adore their alpha female Black German Shepherd, Scout.
