Kacey Jones is Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at talent solutions firm Robert Half, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. In her current role, Kacey is focused on internal DEI efforts, including supporting the company’s employee network or resource groups, employee education and global awareness.
Previously, Kacey managed Robert Half’s enterprise leadership development team, focused on learning and development opportunities for employees. She is the co-founder of Robert Half’s Black Employee Network (BEN), aimed at building a sense of community and belonging for the firm’s Black employees and their allies, and serves on BEN’s leadership team.
In her spare time, Kacey is an active tennis player, is a board member for local non-profit Eden I&R, and mom to 2 teenagers.
