Tammi DeWildt
HR Director
Tammi DeWildt provides support, guidance, and counsel to Site based HR/LR team members and the Manufacturing leadership team at General Motors. As a Human Resources professional Tammi is responsible for hire to exit at eight critical manufacturing sites across GM’s North American operations from Indiana to New York. Tammi’s passion and commitment to GM’s vision to become the world’s most inclusive employer has seen her take the lead for inclusion and engagement activities and analysis across the globe. Tammi strives to empower, support, and develop her team to ensure that we create an environment where we put people first. Tammi holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University in Psychology and a master’s degree from Michigan State University in Human Resources and Labor Relations. Outside of work, Tammi enjoys spending time with her family, boating, and traveling.
Adrienne Dudka
Talent Acquisition Manager, Early Career Talent
As a Talent Acquisition Leader at GM, Adrienne leads the overall vision and strategy for early career recruitment. Her team innovates to support the enterprise goal of being the most inclusive company in the world by acquiring diverse skill sets into entry level roles for all functions. Prior to her current assignment, Adrienne served as an HR Manager within the Global Product Programs & Electric, Autonomous and Fuel Cell Vehicle Programs in Engineering. And she has held HR Business Partner roles with companies such as Bosch Automotive Service Solutions and Nissan prior to joining GM in 2016. Adrienne holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oakland University and a master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Walsh College. Outside of work Adrienne enjoys spending time with her family and friends on the golf course or just in the comforts of home!
Andrea Cataline Hidalgo
Calibration Specialist, Diesel Engine Calibration
Andrea Hidalgo grew up in New York City and studied Mechanical Engineering at Stony Brook University. She moved to Michigan in 2010 to work for General Motors. She is currently a Racing Project Engineer and previously worked in diesel engine calibration and transmission development. She is a member of the GM Latino Network and is a lead on their Hispanic Partnership Recruitment team.
Cecilia Nguyen
Information Technology Group - Software Development
Cecilia Nguyen is a Software Developer on the Digital Business Software team at General Motors IT. Cecilia graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. In her free time, she’s currently reading books about transformative justice and decolonization.
Nora E. Rincon
Structural Development Engineer, SDL Closure
Nora Rincon is a Mexican-born Mechanical Engineer that grew up in Chicago, IL. She was hired by General Motors as an intern at a SHPE Convention and moved to Michigan in 2006 after graduating college. She has held various roles in Manufacturing and was most recently a Structural Development Test Engineer and is now a Program Quality manager for Vehicle Processes. She is a member of the GM Latino Network and leads the Hispanic Partnership Recruitment Team.
