Emily Reilly has worldwide responsibility for all aspects of strategic human resources at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, including talent and leadership development, delivering world-class people solutions, and shaping the company’s culture.
A member of the company’s original startup team, Emily joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES in 2009 and has been instrumental in GF’s growth into to a thriving, global organization of over 15,000 employees across 20 locations. She and CEO, Tom Caulfield, are visible leaders with a personal commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging for the GF organization and within the semi-conductor industry.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. As an engineer, she worked in several roles with GE Advanced Materials/Momentive Performance Materials. Over the course of her 14 year tenure, Emily held leadership roles in both Engineering and Human Resources and prior to joining GLOBALFOUNDRIES held an HR leadership role for engineering within the GE Energy business.
Emily serves on the Women’s Leadership Council of the Global Semiconductor Association (GSA), providing inspiration and sponsorship for the next generation of women leaders. Emily is based in Malta, New York, US.
