As an organization, we have five current Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Women make up key leadership roles in our existing ERG's, lending their perspective to the diverse communities they represent (LGBTQ+, African American/Black, Hispanic/Latinx, AAPI, Veterans). Additionally, we are launching two new ERGs in 2022 that include Women in Leadership and Women in Technology. We also have our Women in Leadership Mentor program, where supervisor/first line managers are partnered with senior female leaders.
At Achieve, we pride ourselves in meeting our employees where they are. This has been very meaningful during the ongoing pandemic. Achieve quickly responded enabling all of our employees to work remotely to ensure the safety of our employees, as well as the ability for parents to tend to their now at-home school aged children. Over the last two years, we've hired, trained, on-boarded employees remotely, providing a variety of resources to support them in this new world. Additionally, we've trained our leaders on how to engage and support employees in a remote enviornment. We've committed to extending this flexibility into a new Hybrid model of 1 week in office, 3 weeks at home once it is safe for the organization to Return to the Workplace. We have a variety of flexible schedules throughout our organization, including Monday - Friday shifts for customer service and sales, to 4x10 and part time shifts. Additionally, where supported by business needs, we provide a measure of flexibility in adjusting schedules as personal needs arise. Our culture is balanced on the concept of balancing the heart and dollar. We strive to deliver this balance to our employees every day. It's one of the reasons, they have routinely voted us as one of the best places to work.
After 6 months of full-time employment, birth and non-birth parents are eligible for 12 weeks of leave and 4 weeks of parental pay (offset by short term disability for the birth parent).

Care taking benefits, not currently offered by Achieve, are under consideration for plan enhancements in 2023.
