Moms receive 4 weeks’ pay before leave at 80% of gross tax free, then disability depending on type of birth and then 12 weeks of paid maternity leave, also at 80% gross tax free. Paternity leave is 12 weeks pay at 80% gross tax free. We also offer an adoption benefit that covers any fees associated with adoption up to $4,000 per child
We have lactation rooms in some offices and a phased in maternity return with manager approval. We offer a wide variety of programs for employees at all levels of our organization, including coaching for performance for all managers and executive coaching.
No onsite child care. We offer back up child and elder care through Bright Horizons. We also have Torchlight which provides tools for families with special needs children or aging parents.
