each department will handle off-boarding an employee’s responsibilities and onboarding when that employee returns on a case-by-case basis.
we provide each employee with 10 days of subsidized back-up care each year. This can be used for child care or adult/elder care.
U.S. employees are eligible to set aside pretax income annually to help pay for child care expenses (Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account). The firm matches a portion of this per calendar year.
