- They say "unlimited" but you can't use more than 15 days really.
- The amount varies drastically depending on your manager, role and division. Some folks get capped at 15 days, others take 25+. They issued guidelines recently that it should be 3-4 weeks. But it's still non-accrued.

- I haven't used them, but on paper, the US health insurance looks like it covers infertility care pretty well. (In-network with just a copay, no lifetime max). The US coverage for trans healthcare is also pretty good.
