SuccessShare, a sponsorship program designed to prepare the next generation of women leaders move within the ranks of leadership and build sponsorship capability in Toyota’s leaders. Toyota paid maternity leave provides up to six to eight weeks of 100% paid leave, depending on method of delivery. Unpaid parental bonding leave is available for parents to bond with a new child, including an adopted child or a child placed in foster care for up to 12 weeks, through FMLA. Adoptive parents are eligible for Toyota Adoption Assistance, which provides up to $5,000 per child to help with adoption expenses. Toyota also offers flexible work arrangements to help parents balance their family and work commitments.
