It’s our goal to create a workplace that is inclusive and reflects the diversity of the cities we serve—where everyone can be their authentic self, and where that authenticity is celebrated as a strength. By creating an environment where people from every background can thrive, we’ll make Uber a better company—for our employees and our customers.
Below are just a few of our employee resource groups.

We're providing more flexibility for some employees to be fully remote and we’re establishing a process to apply to be fully remote if employees think that’s best for them. Employees will target spending at least 50% of their time in the office. This can be 3 days one week and 2 days the next week, or 5 days one week and 0 days the next week, depending on what works best for them and their team.
As an exclusive benefit for new parents, we provide them with Uber Cash they can use to place orders with Uber Eats or take rides with Uber during their parental leave.
The Global Caregiver Enhanced Flexibility Policy for COVID provides flexible options to parents and caregivers during the extended work-from-home period. Options include workday flexibility, freedom to change daily/weekly schedules, and changes in shift assignments should needs arise.
