As an Assistant Plant Manager at 48forty Solutions, Mary manages all production, employees, and oversees shipping. She also provides hands-on leadership in our plant which involves overseeing safety, quality, and compliance.

Talena Dixon serves as plant manager for 48forty Solutions, the country’s largest pallet and pallet management services company. In her role, she is responsible for all aspects of the company’s Phoenix-based wood pallet recycling plant. Dixon began her career with 48forty in 2017 as Office Manager. Within two years, she was promoted to the role of Assistant General Manager and, after two more years, to her current role as Plant Manager. Her previous work experience includes progressive business and leadership roles in the healthcare sector. Dixon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University.
Natalya Calleja serves as the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at 48forty Solutions, guiding the marketing strategies for its three brands: 48forty, Relogistics, and Paramount Pallet. With a focus on B2B marketing strategy and sustainability, she's been instrumental in fortifying the brand's presence over the past five years.
Before joining 48forty, Natalya was the Senior Customer Operations Manager at IFCO SYSTEMS, where she managed a vast pool of reusable plastic containers and played a pivotal role in the company's logistics services. Her earlier roles include serving as Sales & Marketing Director at Avatar Real Estate Services in Coral Gables Florida.
An alumna of Universidad del Zulia with a BA in Business Administration, Natalya further honed her skills with certifications from EU Business School and the Institute of Supply Chain Management. Her diverse experience and dedication make her a standout leader in the marketing realm.
Anne Bottorff serves as director of communications for 48forty Solutions, LLC. Anne is an experienced communications strategist and thought leader in the field of public relations and communications with a proven record of accomplishment in planning and leading reputation management strategies that support business objectives in both private and publicly traded organizations.
In her role, she is responsible for internal and external communications strategy, working to develop, optimize, measure, and grow, the expanding 48forty brand across paid, earned, social, and owned channels and audiences. A skilled crisis communicator, Anne is adept at providing sound guidance, counsel, and actionable plans to combat organizational issues. Anne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Wells College in Aurora, New York. She earned her Accredited Public Relations (APR) credential from the Public Relations Society of America.
Jess Bonsall serves as Director of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) for 48forty Solutions where she is responsible for guiding the organization in managing the risks and opportunities related to sustainability, including resource management, supply chain management, organizational health, safety policies, and building trust through transparency.
She is a veteran of the environmental industry, passionate about helping teams better understand how to evaluate sustainability-related topics, and dedicated to supporting communication of the benefits and growth opportunities derived from institutionalized ESG practices in industry to the finance sector and investment teams. Bonsall previously served as Director of ESG for ACA Compliance Group and Principal of ERM. Her ESG experiences are informed by her work as a scientist for AECOM and scientific researcher for Texas A&M University.
Bonsall is a dedicated volunteer, serving as a grant coordinator for Ecologists Without Borders, a voluntary fisheries statistician for NOAA, and an active member of both the Human Rights Campaign and the American Fisheries Society.
