The working hours can be a little difficult to manage if you have young kids (or probably any kids for that matter). It helps to have a partner who can trade off on kid responsibilities but often I find my partner doing more of the work. However, on the upside, when the workday is done, it's done: we are big on sustainable pace. This makes it easy to detach and have really solid/quality nights and weekends w/ family.
There is little to no flexibility in the schedule at this company. Your time will be extremely regimented. You're even required to take an hour for lunch at the same time everyday. The leadership is predominantly male.
